We regularly review state, county, and city regulations as we plan when and how to reopen branch lobbies. Upon entering a reopened lobby, you will notice several steps have been taken with customer and employee safety in mind.

Safety Protocols

lobby occupancy

A limited number of people are allowed inside a lobby at any one time. Occupancy limits will vary by branch.

social distance

Social distancing stickers have been placed in the lobby to help you maintain a 6-foot distance from others.

face mask

Per state law, face masks are required for your safety. We have masks available in our branches if you need one.

hand sanitizer

Hand sanitizing stations are available for your use inside each lobby, and high–use areas are cleaned frequently.

customer service

Drive-through and walk-up windows are available at most branches. There are also many ways to Bank BEYOND the Lobby.

Thank you for choosing Bank of the Sierra. We can – and we will – get through this together.
