Many businesses in our community, including Bank of the Sierra customers, have been negatively impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Restaurants, retailers, event venues, and their suppliers have been especially hard hit, but the impact has been felt far and wide. Bank of the Sierra is committed to helping our communities recover from this crisis.
Paycheck Protection Program (PPP)
Authorized through the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act), the Small Business Administration's Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) offered low-interest, forgivable business loans to eligible borrowers that applied by August 5, 2020. While we are no longer accepting PPP loan applications, borrowers that already applied for a PPP loan from Bank of the Sierra can check their application status below.
